Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of the delivery date. Due to a high volume of orders, we do not offer exchanges. All returns will receive store credit in the form of an online gift card via email (less our original shipping cost). Store Credit is just like cash and never expires. Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed, after delivery. We do not offer refunds.
Return Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent, and make-up free. This includes smoke, deodorant, and perfume scents.
- Original Tags Must be attached (if applicable) Attached & intact
- Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of delivery.
- Shoes must be returned in the original box inside of packaging to avoid damage to the box during shipment.

How to return:
- Return must be postmarked within 12 business days of delivery
- We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs.
- Any additional postage purchased is nonrefundable
- Please include your name and order number on the package for smooth processing.
- We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
- Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed after delivery
- Store Credit will be emailed to the email associated with the order
- Returns postmarked after the 12 business days of delivery will be rejected. An invoice will be sent to your email for the return shipping costs.
